At sedis there are three main types of post:

• Semi-skilled staff :
  • The operators: machining and controlling the raw material through the production process.
  • The operator/setter: who sets the machine tools and also machines the raw material.
  • The setter: Intervenes on a specific material to prepare the machining process.
  • The professional: turner, miller, welder. Equally present in the manufacturing process in order to produce high precision components.
• Skilled staff: Within sedis, the skilled staff participate either in the manufacturing process (Technical, R&D, Quality), or in administrative functions (Commercial, Purchasing, Finance, Human Ressources...).
• Management: The managers exercice their competencies in various functions such as: Commercial, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering...
